The Sportive Training Plan is a flexible progressive training plan that will let you tackle your next sportive with confidence.
Our Sportive Plan is a straightforward bike based training programme that will get you prepared for a sportive of your choice. Starting off with a sit down chat we discuss your specific goals regarding your targeted event, then we devise a 12 week training programme revolving around your goals and training availability. Your training is reviewed after the first week to make sure you are on track and is also reviewed at a meeting at the end of week 6.
